Return & Refund Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Items returned damaged or missing components may receive a partial refund.
- Used items are eligible for return if you experienced a defect or quality issue — we will work with you to resolve it.
How to start a return
Email returns@yini.co with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within one business day with a prepaid return label and instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, email returns@yini.co.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, email support@yini.co.

Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1 business day from our New Jersey fulfillment warehouse. Orders placed before 3pm ET typically ship the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
Shipping options
- Single-pack orders: $4.99 tracked & insured shipping.
- Bundle orders (Buy 2 + 1 Free, Buy 3 + 2 Free): FREE tracked & insured shipping.
- Delivery time (United States): 3-5 business days to most addresses via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground.
- Express shipping: Available at checkout for 2-day or overnight delivery at additional cost.
International shipping
At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. Select international destinations are available at checkout. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number. If you do not receive tracking information within 2 business days, please email support@yini.co.
Damaged or lost packages
All shipments are insured. If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact support@yini.co within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost.
Address changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, email us immediately at support@yini.co. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has shipped.

Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Yini products. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will work with you to make it right.
Refund window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a refund. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund, but we may still be able to help with an exchange or replacement if the product is defective.
How to request a refund
Email returns@yini.co with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within one business day with next steps, including a prepaid return label if applicable.
Refund method
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
Partial refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Any item returned with obvious signs of use or damage.
- Items returned with missing components or original packaging.
Sale items
Sale items are refundable under the same terms as full-priced items.
